Aug 17, 2019 · Hester Street Fair is held on Saturdays 11:00 until 6:00. During my vacation I went to a little bit of trouble to get there because I love New York Street Fairs! There was hardly anything there and it was so small. It didn't even take 5 minutes to walk through!
